How to Delete Your Account with Black Foodie Finder

We understand that there may come a time when you might want to delete your 
account with us. At Black Foodie Finder, we want to make this process as straightforward as possible for you. Please follow the instructions below to delete your account either directly through the app or by contacting our support team. 

Deleting Your Account Through the App: 

1. Open the Black Foodie Finder App: Start by launching the Black Foodie Finder app on your device. 

2. Navigate to Account Settings: 
Once you're in the app, go to your profile or account settings. This option is usually found in the top right corner of the app or within a menu symbolized by three lines or dots. 

3. Select 'Account Options': 
Within your account or profile settings, look for an option that says 'Account Options', 'Manage Account', or something similar. 

4. Choose 'Delete Account': 
Under the account options, you should find an option to 'Delete Account'. Select this to initiate the deletion process.

5. Confirm Account Deletion: 
You may be asked to confirm your decision to delete your account. Please read the information carefully, as deleting your account will remove all your data from our system permanently. 

6. Complete the Process: 
Follow any additional instructions provided to complete the account deletion process. You should receive a confirmation that your account has been successfully deleted. 

Deleting Your Account via Email: 

If you prefer to delete your account through our support team or are experiencing issues with the in-app deletion process, you can email us directly. 

1. Compose an Email: 
Open your email client and compose a new email to support@blackfoodiefinder.com. 

2. Subject Line: 
Use a clear subject line, such as "Request to Delete My Account". 

3. Provide Your Details: 
In the body of the email, please include your full name, the email address associated with your Black Foodie Finder account, and any other relevant details that might help us identify your account quickly. 

4. Send the Email: 
Once you've composed your email, send it to our support team. 

5. Wait for Confirmation: 
Our support team will process your request and get back to you as soon as possible with a confirmation that your account has been deleted or if any further information is required.
