1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Black Foodie Finder mobile app, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

2. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app means you accept the latest version of these Terms & Conditions.

3. Eligibility

The app is intended for users 13 years or older. Users under 18 must have parental permission.

4. User Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information during registration.
• Keep your account and password secure.
• Use the app legally and responsibly.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content in the app is owned or licensed by Black Foodie Finder. You have a limited, personal right to use the content but cannot copy, resell, or misuse it.

6. Prohibited Activities

Do not use the app to spam, harass, or collect data unlawfully. Unauthorized activities such as hacking or scraping are prohibited.

7. User Contributions

Your comments and reviews must be lawful and respectful. We may edit, delete, or use your contributions.

8. Third-Party Services & Advertising

We are not responsible for third-party content or services accessible through the app. Use them at your own risk.

9. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration. Legal actions must be filed within 2 years and are governed by Tennessee law.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your account for violations. Once terminated, you may not create a new account under a different name.

11. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for damages resulting from the use of the app. Our liability will not exceed $500 or the amount you paid within the last 3 months.

Your use of the app is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and storage of your data.
