2. Events
All event ticket sales are final. We do not issue refunds for events, regardless of weather conditions, including rain or shine. Please be sure to review event details carefully before purchasing tickets.

All sales are considered final and are not eligible for a refund, return, or exchange unless the product or service is delivered with a default or defect. If you receive a product with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, and we will address your concerns in accordance with our policies.
